aaaaCompetition is endless. Based on its actural conditions, ZISW outlined the following 10-year development strategy, that is also its 10th 5-year-plan:enlarge and extend the production scope of those superiority products, quicken the steps of updating its machinery and equipment, so to adjust and optimize its product structure.

aaaaWithin the next 10 years, focus will be on the “5 construction” and “4 nlargement” according to ZISW’s strong points and product advantage.5 construction refers to the construction of centrifugal ball mill ductile pipes, the construction of ductile casting pipe & parts, the construction of auto precise casting parts, the construction of precise casting steel parts, and the construction of generator using coal gas from blast furnace.4 enlargements refers to the enlargements of the production of pig irons, special cements, silicon fertilizer and environmental facility. Among these, the project of centrifugal ball mill ductile pipes with set goal of annual production of 200,000 tons, will be completed in 2 phases. This project was already confirmed by the national planning commission and now waiting for the ratification of its flexible study report.

aaaaThe production capacity of Pig iron products will increase to 850,000 to 1,200,000 tons from present 5 sets 128cbm blast furnace to gradually forming another 2 sets
420cbm & 3 sets 128cbm blast furnaces. The first 420cbm blast furnace will go to production in late September this year.
